Ashland Brass
Five members of the Southern Oregon Concert Band perform as The Ashland Brass. The brass quintet has performed at a wide variety of public and private functions since 2003 ranging from a fishing derby to elegant holiday parties.
The
group features Harry Kannasto and Jack Amick on Trumpet, Jim Hostick
on French Horn, Tim McCartney on Trombone and Jon Kimball on Tuba. Whether
performing classics such as Pachelbel’s Canon or light favorites from
Jazz, Broadway or Holiday repertoire, the music is highly listenable and
entertaining.
